Silicone connection flex duct for vibration machinery "ST Duct Band"
Achieved a combination of wear resistance, sufficient strength, and heat resistance through integration in melting processing. Custom-made solutions available for special shapes! 【*Case studies available upon request】
The "ST Duct Band" is a flexible joint that serves as a connector for vibrating powder machinery. It uses a highly abrasion-resistant silicone material to prevent powder adhesion. By achieving integration through welding processing without the use of molds, it maintains heat resistance while also achieving strength equivalent to that of a single piece, thus preventing the risk of line stoppage due to breakage. We can also accommodate requests for special shapes with custom-made solutions. This product, including the welded parts, has obtained compliance with "Food Sanitation Law No. 85" and "FDA standards," making it a safe product for use in the food and pharmaceutical fields. 【Key Points for Choosing This Product】 ■ Integrated through welding processing. In addition to abrasion resistance, it also possesses heat resistance and strength. ■ A reliable product that complies with food sanitation laws and FDA standards. ■ Custom-made solutions available to meet specific applications, including special shapes. ★ We are currently offering a "Case Collection" that summarizes various custom-made examples in different shapes. *Please feel free to view it via the "PDF Download" link below.
